Step 1:
Measure window height (A). Use the size list to determine proper
heights. Casement awnings require a minimum of 4" (C) above
your window for mounting brackets. *See
mounting info for clarification.
Step 2:
Awning Width: If mounting arms on casing, measure the center
to center width of casing (B).
For wall mount, select any desired width, allow 1" on each
side for mounting hardware.
Arms cannot be mounted on shutters.
Custom widths up to 120" in 1" increments are available
and are priced to the next larger standard height. **See
Note
Custom widths must be ordered by phone.
For any widths over 85" use Oversized Awnings section of Price
and Size chart to determine cost.
Step 3:
Color/Pattern Choice: Please select the fabric color(s) and
pattern that best compliments your home.
The awning top may be ordered in a solid color or striped pattern.
All framework will be Bronze Finish.
Step 4:
Optional: Weather Guard cover. Bronze Finish cover protects
fabric when awning is rolled up, from rain, snow, and sun.
* Mounting Info:
The maximum distance you can open your casement window (E) with
the awning down is 18"
A minimum of 4" above window is required to mount a casement
roll-up awning. The awning will roll up to the casement brackets
only.
A minimum of 14" above window is requires for the awning to
fully roll up against the wall.
**NOTE: Awning Width (hinge center):
Is the center to center distance in width between the 2 arms where
they mount on wall or casing. Refer to Mounting
info above
